Widgets are single-layer overlay elements available to all Vision users, including free accounts. They’re simpler than full overlays but still powerful - add a chat display, counter, timer, or other element to your stream without needing a paid subscription.

In the dashboard sidebar, click Widgets
Create Widget
Click Create Widget
Choose type
Select the widget type you need
Name it
Give your widget a descriptive name

The editor opens - style your widget
Copy URL
Copy the widget URL to add to OBS
Each widget opens in the full Vision editor with:
- Styling options - Colors, fonts, sizes
- Animations - In/out transitions
- Theme presets - Quick style options
- Custom CSS - Advanced customization

In the widget editor, copy the URL
Add Browser Source
In OBS, add a new Browser source
Paste URL
Paste your widget URL
Set dimensions
Match the widget dimensions
- Search - Find widgets by name
- Grid/List view - Toggle display mode
- Filter - Sort by type or date
- Rename - Change the widget name
- Delete - Remove the widget
- Duplicate - Create a copy
Free accounts can create up to 12 widgets. Need more? Upgrade to Basic or Pro for unlimited overlays with multiple layers.
