What are Lobbies?
Lobbies are registration pages for events like tournaments, game nights, or community gatherings. Create a lobby, share the link, and manage who signs up - all from your Vision dashboard.
Creating a Lobby
Go to Lobbies
In the dashboard sidebar, click Lobbies
Create Lobby
Click Create Lobby
Set event details
Enter the title, game, and description
Configure dates
Set the event date/time and registration deadline
Set participant limit
Define maximum participants (optional)
Share the link
Copy the invite link and share with your community

Registration Status
Lobbies show their current status:

Viewing Sign-ups
- Open your lobby
- See the participant list
- View confirmed vs pending members
For each participant:
- Username
- Registration time
- Status (confirmed/pending)
Search
Use the search function to find specific participants in large events.

Invite Link
- Open your lobby
- Click Copy Invite Link
- Share the link with your community
