What are Lobbies?

Lobbies are registration pages for events like tournaments, game nights, or community gatherings. Create a lobby, share the link, and manage who signs up - all from your Vision dashboard.

Creating a Lobby

Go to Lobbies

In the dashboard sidebar, click Lobbies

Create Lobby

Click Create Lobby

Set event details

Enter the title, game, and description

Configure dates

Set the event date/time and registration deadline

Set participant limit

Define maximum participants (optional)

Share the link

Copy the invite link and share with your community

Managing Participants

Viewing Sign-ups

  1. Open your lobby
  2. See the participant list
  3. View confirmed vs pending members

Participant Information

For each participant:
  • Username
  • Registration time
  • Status (confirmed/pending)
Use the search function to find specific participants in large events.

Sharing Your Lobby

  1. Open your lobby
  2. Click Copy Invite Link
  3. Share the link with your community

Tips

Set clear deadlines - Give participants enough time to register but close before the event to finalize logistics.
Add a description with rules, requirements, and what participants should expect.
Share early - Post the lobby link multiple times leading up to registration deadline.
