# Stream Quiz Shows

> Host interactive trivia on Twitch. Classic Q&A or Jeopardy-style formats with participant cameras.

## What are Quiz Shows?

Vision Quiz Shows let you host interactive trivia events with your community. Choose between classic Q\&A format or a Jeopardy-style board, add participants, and run engaging quiz events right from your stream.

## Creating a Quiz Show

    In the Vision dashboard, click **Quiz Shows** in the sidebar

    Click **Create Quiz Show** and enter a title
  </Step>

    Select **Classic** for traditional Q\&A or **Jeopardy** for a category board
  </Step>

    Set up time per question, point values, and accent color

    Build your question bank with answers

## Quiz Types

### Classic

Traditional question-and-answer format:

* Questions appear one at a time
* Participants answer within the time limit
* Points awarded for correct answers

### Jeopardy

Category-based board format:

* Multiple categories with increasing difficulty
* Participants select categories and point values
* Classic Jeopardy-style gameplay

## Adding Questions

### Question Types

## Jeopardy Board Setup

For Jeopardy-style quizzes:

## Quiz Layers

Add quiz visuals to your overlay:

### Quiz Display

Shows the current question and answer options.

### Quiz Points

Displays participant scores and rankings.

### Quiz User Cam

Shows participant camera feeds (for video participants).

## Managing Participants

### Adding Participants

Participants join your quiz via a join link:

1. In the quiz control page, find the **Join URL**
2. Share this link with participants
3. They enter their name and join the quiz
4. Participants appear in your participant list

### Participant Settings

For each participant you can:

* View their avatar and username
* Track their points
* Remove them from the quiz
* Set up their camera feed

## Running the Quiz

    Move from the lobby phase to start

## Letting Your Mods Help

1. Go to **Permissions → Roles**
2. Create a role with quiz show permissions
3. Invite moderators to help run the quiz
4. They can control the quiz flow and manage participants

  **Test your questions** before going live. Run through the quiz yourself to check timing and difficulty.

  **Mix question types** - combine multiple choice, text input, and buzzer questions for variety.

  **Use images** to make questions more engaging, especially for visual topics like movies or art.
