# Tournament Registration

> Create event sign-up pages for Twitch tournaments and game nights. Manage participant registration.

## What are Lobbies?

Lobbies are registration pages for events like tournaments, game nights, or community gatherings. Create a lobby, share the link, and manage who signs up - all from your Vision dashboard.

## Creating a Lobby

    Enter the title, game, and description

    Copy the invite link and share with your community

## Lobby Settings

### Basic Information

### Scheduling

| Setting                   | Description                    |

| **Start Time**            | Event start time               |
| **End Date**              | When the event ends (optional) |
| **End Time**              | Event end time                 |
| **Registration Deadline** | When sign-ups close            |

## Registration Status

Lobbies show their current status:

| Status        | Meaning                 |
| ------------- | ----------------------- |
| **Open**      | Accepting registrations |
| **Today**     | Event is today          |
| **In X days** | Countdown to event      |
| **Closed**    | Registration ended      |

## Managing Participants

### Viewing Sign-ups

1. Open your lobby
2. See the participant list
3. View confirmed vs pending members

### Participant Information

For each participant:

* Username
* Registration time
* Status (confirmed/pending)

### Search

Use the search function to find specific participants in large events.

## Sharing Your Lobby

### Invite Link

1. Open your lobby
2. Click **Copy Invite Link**
3. Share the link with your community

### Where to Share

* Twitch chat
* Discord server
* Twitter/social media
* Stream overlay announcement
